Welcome to Our Southern-Inspired St. Louis Menu.
While this is a very southern-inspired menu, we are incorporating many St. Louis products and ingredients from local companies.
While much of the menu is still classic and traditional, we will be adding our own twists and takes to create a more modern, upscale menu.

Golden beets have a sweeter, milder flavor than red beets. Smoking adds an earthy richness. Dutch carrots are small, tender carrots, and the hot honey adds sweetness and heat. This is a more sophisticated, vegetable-forward salad.

Pomodoro means tomato in Italian. This pasta is tossed in a tomato-based sauce with an added smoky flavor. Expect tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and a savory finish. Add Chicken ($6.00), Add Brisket ($8.00).
Now this is an interesting one! Farfalle is bow-tie pasta. Imagine tender smoky brisket mixed with pasta, red onion, Southern-style greens, and black-eyed peas, topped with smoked Gouda cheese. It's essentially Southern barbecue comfort food turned into a hearty pasta dish. The Gouda adds a creamy, smoky richness.
